Ted

– The Fucking Adorable Bear –

“This must be god-aweful” – I thought before seeing this. I usually hate when people recommend me money since I rarely talk about my true favourites, they can’t guess what I like. Also they are wrong 99% of the time.

This time… not wrong at all. The constant fear that the next moment is going to be some lame copy&paste from the big book of Typical Romantic Comedy was quite constant, yet I was able to enjoy it for they didn’t go that direction (oh, joy).

It must be an old-guy thing. I used to love romantic comedies, my favourite one is Aliens. I just don’t know what happened. The feeling went away…

So Ted is a cute teddy-bear who comes to life when an unpopular boy makes a wish. Why aren’t more Teds lurking around the neighbourhood? I guess they got killed in Gremlin or something.

After a while the horror is over and Ted becomes just another has-been celebrity.

This style offers great dialogs – like they were normal people or whatnot, and mediocre story-line.

Fucking enjoyable, but not for kids.

Last thought: for some reason I wished Mark Walhberg would just break up with Mila Kunis. I hate that woman (in the film… I don’t know her in her in real life, she could be the love of my life, or a monstrous Nazi).

Another thing: Jeff Winger from Community is in the movie!!!
