There are problems with the Hungarian market.
- It’s small.
- People have only a small amount of money to spend.
- Companies are very agressive (too many hunters, too few seals).
- There is a lot of fraud.
- Taxes are very high (VAT is for example 27%).
So marketing experts say in recession you can still be able to make a huge amount of profit. How can you achieve this? Being more assertive and apply pressure onto customers.
I just don’t want to do it.
I know that people want to spend their money cleverly. Especially in an economy such as Hungary, every penny counts.
I believe in free will and politeness. If it all comes to that I will starve to death but never convince my customers to buy my products unless they need it.
Don’t you like companies which actually make things instead of just having great marketing?
Perhaps I’m mistaken. Still in this economic crysis my company floats very comfortably and continues to serve our customers with quality and politeness.
