Filming in Greece – DAY 7

Makrygialos

Makrygialos

Makrygialos is a small fishing village which is way more modern than I anticipiated. The funny thing is that I always imagine fishermen with old wooden boats but I guess it’s just the movies talking.

Then I continued my journey to Athens on the motorway. I payed the tolls. Then I payed more tolls. Then I payed some more tolls. I paid tolls again. Lunchbreak.

I ate for some 15 euros for I was very hungry and almost almost like a zombie with that much food in me. Food and I have a very strange relationship – a love-hate thing if you will.

Then I continued my journey to Athens on the motorway. I payed the tolls. Then I payed more tolls. Then I payed some more tolls. I paid tolls again. Holy cows I wished there were some way to pay all of them at once…

So -20 euros later (all paid for one way to Athens) I arrived, ate some more and found my host. I understand that people nowdays like to use mobile phones so I always have the deepest respect for those who accept that I do not use them (I only have one for internet and emergencies). So he was there in time, I was there in time – all is good.
