Copy [the new Dropbox]

Nope, I don’t think that this new syncronising utility is better than Dropbox. Nothing is better than Dropbox.

However it is considerably cheaper – well free, to be honest.

It offers 5GB if you register and then some more if you share it on twitter or get your buddies to sign up.

So now my official order of goodness is:

1. Dropbox
2. Copy
3. Google Drive

Google Drive still offers a lot of storage space for a couple of bucks but it does have some unexpected quitting issues.

Copy doesn’t have a problem if I switch between ISPs while Windows is still running. (if you don’t know: you can have two kinds of internet with different gateways set up, just don’t forget to use static IP addresses which you can set with NetsetMan or some other program).

Unfortunately out of the three, Dropbox is the only one that allows LAN sync which is extremely useful if you (like me) work with two computers but doesn’t want to use Windows network share.
